With deep expertise in AI integration, Wade helped scale a client from $100 million to $450 million in annual revenue in just three years by embedding AI directly into leadership decision-making, planning, and execution. His approach turns AI from a passive tool into an active force—customized to reflect a company’s unique structure, strategy, and leadership style.
A lifelong entrepreneur and former founder of a multimillion-dollar tech company, Wade brings practical experience and strategic insight to every engagement.
